What actually happens during a check?
A Checker brings an age-restricted product to your register. The associate either asks for ID or does not. Nothing is purchased and no money changes hands. The associate is handed a Green Card if they carded, a Red Card if they did not, and the result reaches your home office the next business day. It is a rehearsal for the day the state runs the real thing.
How does pricing work?
Send your store count and the categories you sell, and we return a quote within one business day. Pricing is per location per month and scales down as store count goes up.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, because one month does not show behavior change. The demo shows you a real sample report instead, so you see exactly what your team would receive before you commit.
Will our results be shared with regulators?
Never. Every BARS visit is confidential between BARS and you. Reports live in a secure portal that only your authorized users can open, archived by store number and date of check. We do not share results with regulators, law enforcement, or any third party.
How fast can we start?
Most programs begin visits within 30 days of signature. If the agreement lands before the 15th of the month, visits start the following month.
