The BARS Program, the BARS Shield, the Green Card / Red Card system, and all site content are owned by The BARS Program. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute content without written permission, except as expressly allowed for press and partner use.
Service agreement
Use of the BARS compliance shopping service is governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls in case of conflict with these site terms. The current service agreement is available on request.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The BARS Program disclaims all warranties and limits liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where The BARS Program is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
