How long until I get a response?

Do you offer a free trial?
No, because one month does not show behavior change. What we do offer is a demo built around a real sample report, so you see exactly what your team would receive before you commit.
What's the minimum commitment?
Programs are scoped to your store count and visit frequency. Tell us your locations and what you want covered, and we will lay out the options, including the smallest sensible starting point, in the pricing conversation.
How does pricing work?
Send your store count and the categories you sell, and we return a quote within one business day. Pricing is per location per month and scales down as store count goes up. Weigh it against what a single failed government sting costs you in fines, legal time, and license exposure.
Will our results be shared with regulators?
Never. Every BARS visit is confidential between BARS and you. Reports live in a secure portal that only your authorized users can open. We do not share results with regulators, law enforcement, or any third party. The program exists so you can fix carding before the state ever shows up.
Do our associates know the checks are happening?
Yes, and that is the design. You tell your team the program is running. They do not know which customer is the Checker until the Green Card or Red Card is in their hand. When any customer might be the check, the standard holds on all 30 days of the month, not just on visit day.
How fast can we start?
Most programs begin visits within 30 days of signature. If the agreement lands before the 15th of the month, visits start the following month.
